Abstract:
:Clinical nurse educators are expected to prepare students for the realities of practice while providing meaningful learning experiences. However, shortened patient stays in the acute care setting often lead to wasted and useless effort for both instructors and students. The application of Just-in-Time principles offers a viable and alternative solution for clinical practice preparation in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment.
