Primary splenic angiosarcoma. Case report and literature review.

Abstract:

:Primary splenic angiosarcomas are rare neoplasms. The diagnosis can only be made at surgery. Splenectomy prior to rupture prolongs survival. An unusual case report is presented and the literature reviewed.
