Granulomatous arthritis in Crohn's disease.

Abstract:

:A case is described of non-necrotizing, epithelioid cell granulomatous synovitis of the ankle of a 22-year-old man with Crohn's disease. It appears to be the first published example of granulomatous arthritis in association with Crohn's disease.
