Abstract:
:High resolution ultrasound (US) provides a versatile and sensitive method of demonstrating both soft-tissue and osseous changes in early arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. A brief outline is provided regarding the potential usage of US in the management of patients with musculoskeletal inflammatory disease.
