L-gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase activity in normal and leukemic leukocytes.

Abstract:

:The activity of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase was investigated in normal and leukemia leukocytes. Enzyme activity was positively correlated with the proportion of mature neutrophils and monocytes. In isolated leukocytes from patients with acute myeloid leukemia low values were obtained compared to controls.
