Human adult testis-derived pluripotent stem cells: revealing plasticity from the germline.

Abstract:

:A recent publication in Nature by Conrad et al. (2008) reports the generation of pluripotent stem cells from isolated human adult testicular germ cells. This work identifies a new source of stem cells for potential autologous therapeutic applications in men.
