Physical properties and blood compatibility of poly(urethaneamideimide) and poly(urethaneureas) with aliphatic side chains.

Abstract:

:The synthesis, tensile strength, thermostability and hydrophilicity of the poly(urethaneamideimide) and the poly(urethaneureas) with N-aliphatic side chains are presented. These elastomers were compared in blood compatibility with determination of the common indices and with immunologic tests of the beta-thromboglobulin activity and the total activity of the complement.
