Abstract：
:Comparative studies on changes of hemodynamics in manual and leg isometric loads were conducted in 30 healthy persons and 38 patients with coronary heart disease. A possibility of a leg isometric load with a maximum effort for 5 min. was shown. Intracardiac hemodynamics was estimated by echocardiography results. A possibility to reveal early stages of myocardial contractile and pumping function in patients with coronary heart disease was established. Manual dynamometry does not permit revealing early stages of heart insufficiency.
