Abstract：
:The heterogeneity of the surface material released by trypsin in isolated cells of melanotic and amelanotic melanomas was studied by the method of separation by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The electrophoretic patterns of the surface material derived from two kinds of melanoma showed some differences. The differences in the surface proteins and glycoproteins seem to be related to the biological properties of both melanomas.
