Temporo-polar approach to aneurysms of the basilar artery at and around the distal bifurcation: technical note.

Abstract:

:An approach to aneurysms arising at the bifurcation of the basilar artery and its neighborhood is described. The temporal pole of the nondominant side is retracted posteriorly to provide a wide operative field and a better view of aneurysms.
