Lacrimal sac cyst.

Abstract:

:This report details the presentation, workup, and treatment of the largest lacrimal duct cyst ever reported in the ophthalmic literature. Included in this report is the first computed tomographic (CT) image of this unusual lesion. Typical and atypical clinical features of this lacrimal sac cyst are emphasized.
