Prevention of myocardial reinfarction.

Abstract:

:Preview The number of cardiac drugs is growing every day, and their indications are changing as more is learned about each one. Choosing the appropriate drug for each patient is made difficult by these complexities, especially when a patient has already had a heart attack. The authors review the latest trials of the major classes of cardiac drugs and give recommendations that will help physicians make a reasonable choice of drug therapy for each patient.
