Abstract：
:New methods and treatment plans for patients with chronic coronary artery disease after endovascular interventions are currently introduced into clinical practice. It allows reducing hospital stay down to 24 hour, with discharge the next morning. This approach is called overnight stay. Using a similar strategy increases the availability of various types of endovascular interventions, shorter waiting lists, and cut the cost of treatment due to a reduced hospital stay. :В настоящее время в клиническую практику вводятся новые методики и схемы ведения пациентов до и после осуществления эндоваскулярных вмешательств при хронической ишемической болезни сердца, позволяющие сокращать время пребывания пациента в специализированном учреждении до 24 ч, с выпиской на следующее утро. Подобный подход получил название overnight stay. Использование подобной стратегии госпитализации позволяет значительно повысить доступность проведения различных видов эндоваскулярных вмешательств у пациентов с хронической ишемической болезнью сердца, сократить листы ожидания и снизить материальные затраты в связи с сокращением койко-дня.
