Abstract：
:Cancer patients are often moved inside the hospital to different examination clinics, such as radiology, CT scan, MRI... and to treatment clinics, such as radiotherapy. These transports induce important pain phenomena, not really recognized by professional teams. As these kinds of pains are expected and can be prevented, they must be included in quality of care increasing measures. For patients who experiment chronic pain, systematic pain assessment, preventive treatments and kind of transport must be taken into account.
