学术论文翻译中的词汇错误
在翻译学术的时候，常常会遇到词汇匮乏、词汇翻译错误的现象，不知道要用什么动词、形容词来表达，本文结合多年的写作发表经验，总结了一些常见的词汇错误及修正方法。
1、修饰词同主语词语关系上要一致。
(1)动名词，举例：
× After finishing the purification,the activity of the isolated compound was then studied.
这里动名词finishing的主语其实是人，这与主语activity不一致。
√ After purification was finished，the activity of the isolated compound was then studied.
(2)不定式，举例：
× To further investigate the potential role of biking in causing infertility,an expanded population of biking athletes was surveyed.
不定式短语的主语是人，与主句主语population不一致。
√ To further investigate the potential role of biking in causing infertility，wo surveyed an expanded population of biking athletes.
2、动词使用
表示展示性能成果(主要用于Results and Discussion部分，也通用于Abstract, Introduction, Conclusion)
常用词汇：present, demonstrate, reveal, show, exhibit, feature, posses, have, display, depict, deliver
3、形容词使用
形容“好的”，“显著的”(常用于Results and Discussion部分，用于吹自己的结果有多么好，也通用于Abstract, Conclusion等部分)
常用词汇：Remarkable, outstanding, considerable(也可以用于表示大的，多的)，fantasic, impressive
学术论文写作、翻译，就是多积累、多记录，平时阅读文献的时候吧见到好的词汇、优美的句式都可以摘录下来，这样翻译、写作的时候就会得心应手了。
