Managing the impact of public policy on hospitals.

Abstract:

:The impact of public policy can be effectively and favorably managed at the local hospital level. But to do so requires using some old resources in some new ways and navigating in some areas that many administrators find uncomfortable, and in which there has traditionally been only marginal interest.
