Abstract：
:Five to 10 mul of 196 cerebrospinal fluid samples were subjected to agar gel electrophoresis without previous concentration. No "degenerative" pattern was found to be correlated with any clinical diagnosis or group of diagnoses, Repeated freezing and thawing appears to have different effects on the different fractions. The oligoclonica gamma patterns in shown to be demonstrable by this method.
