Abstract：
:Original histologic slides were reviewed from 87 patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma, all of whom had been treated with cisplatin, alone or in combination. The degree of lymphocyte infiltration in the tumor was not related to histologic or cytologic tumor differentiation. However, the degree of lymphocyte infiltration was related to improved survival.
