Abstract：
:The cerebral blood flow was studied by means of transcranial ultrasonographic recording in hemorrhagic strokes. In acute phase of stroke the diastolic and mean velocity was slowed down and the pulsation index PI and resistance index RI were increased. Following of the changes of these indices may be of prognostic importance.
