Abstract:

:We recently showed that alpha4beta1 integrin induces B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) cell resistance to fludarabine-induced apoptosis via upregulation of Bcl-xL. We have now studied whether p53 was involved in this response.
