Abstract：
:The presentation of a case of a secondary or metastasic tumour of the ureter caused by primitive cancer of the prostate gland, is justified by its rarity, by the need to think about this etiology when faced with a picture of ureteral obstruction in a patient with a primitive cancer; by the solely histopathological diagnosis which gives us the fundamental premises for considering it as such and by the advanced stage of a cancerous illness which this situation constitutes and which ought to make us seriously consider the therapy to be used.
