Abstract：
:Adrenal incidental tumors are masses incidentally discovered on ultrasonography or CT for other abdominal disorders. Management depends on tumor size, nature, content, and hormonal behaviour. We report on a large, nonfunctioning adrenocortical adenoma that was incidentally discovered in a 59-year-old male patient with right-sided costo-lumbar trauma.
