Primary pulmonary artery sarcoma--a report of two cases, with special emphasis on the diagnostic problems.

Abstract:

:Two cases of primary sarcoma of the pulmonary artery are presented. The variable clinical and radiographic features of this rare tumour are described with particular emphasis on its ability to mimic pulmonary thrombo-embolic disease.
