Abstract：
:Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is one of the most frequent otolaryngologic diseases encountered. The diagnosis of CRS is made by a wide variety of practitioners, including primary care physicians,physician extenders, pulmonologists, and otolaryngologists. Therefore, an accurate, efficient, and accessible method of making a CRS diagnosis is required. This article describes the criteria for making a diagnosis and the problems encountered in applying those criteria.
