Leiomyoma of small bowel: a case report.

Abstract:

:Benign small bowel tumors are rare and usually present in late adult life. Because of its raity, a case of benign leiomyoma of the small bowel presenting with distal small bowel obstruction in childhood is reported, with a discussion of the principles of management.
