Abstract:

:These are summary results from the 1994 Bolivia National Demographic and Health Survey, which covered 9,114 households and 8,603 women aged 15-49. Tabular data are provided on population characteristics, fertility, fertility preferences, current contraceptive use, marital and contraceptive status, postpartum variables, infant mortality, disease prevention and treatment, and nutrition.
