Abstract：
:Congenital cysts in the seminal vesicle represent a rare by illustrative example of embryological malformation. They are often associated with ipsilateral urinary tract anomalies. We have analyzed the diagnostic and therapeutic schemes followed in the study of this uncommon pathology.
