Intracranial plasma cell granuloma--a case report and review of the literature.

Abstract:

:We report a case of plasma cell granuloma which is a rare intracranial tumour showing plasma cell infiltration. It mimics meningioma and solitary plasmacytoma clinically and radiologically. Clinical presentation, diagnostic investigations and management are discussed with a review of the literature.
