Abstract：
:It was described two cases of vulvar melanoma malignum. Both women after primary radical treatment, unfortunately died. It was discussed the classification of melanoma malignum, the efficiency of treatment nowadays and the problems in diagnosis. General results of treatment are poor. It is due to tendency for spreading in early stage of this neoplasm.
