Abstract：
:An ability to fetal maturity prediction is particularly important in high risk pregnancies. A computer-aided ultrasonographic monitoring of pregnancy enables to assess an actual fetal maturity on the base on two or more ultrasound measurements. This paper presents a mathematical method of the actual fetal maturity evaluation on the base a single ultrasound measurements.
