Intradiploic hematoma in a patient who underwent internal drainage of CSF for hydrocephalus.

Abstract:

:The authors report the case of an encapsulated intradiploic hematoma observed in a 2 year old patient who, 6 months prior to their observation, underwent an internal CSF drainage for hydrocephalus. The surgical findings are described and the possible etiopathological causes discussed.
