Body lift.

Abstract:

:After weight reduction by means of small intestine bypass, the patients have problems with cutis laxa of abdomen, femora, brachia, and mammae pendens. When all these problems are solved by reduction operations, the skin still does not fit. A new operation, "body lift," to resolve the remaining problem with respect to physiological and neurological segments, has been performed.
