Retrorenal cysts.

Abstract:

:Three patients are presented in whom computed tomography incidentally demonstrated low density masses posterior to, but separate from, the right kidney. In two, these were proven to represent unilocular cysts, and the third is presumed cystic. Possible etiologies are discussed.
