Inter observer agreement in the assessment of the motor response of the Glasgow 'coma' scale.

Abstract:

:The motor response of the Glasgow 'coma' scale is readily learned by nurses and doctors. It can be used as a reliable indicator of changes in the state of a comatose patient, as there is a high agreement rate between different observers.
