Abstract:
:Like many organizations, Continental Rehabilitation Hospital of San Diego designs and communicates templates and targets for desired changes in behaviors and tracks results. It recognizes and celebrates successes and struggles with its failures. A recent case example demonstrates the importance of generating immediate feedback and consequences as a strategy for increasing effectiveness in changing behavioral patterns.
