Abstract：
:The authors present a case of sarcomatoid kidney adenocarcinome of the fibrosarcomatoid kind. They stress the importance and difficulty of making a differential diagnosis between the sarcomatoid type of kidney adenocarcinomas and pure sarcomas of the kidney, this being an entirely histopathological and extremely complex diagnosis. They comment upon the possible histogenesis in the sense that they may be sarcomatoid areas deriving from the stroma or from a cellular metaplasia of the adenocarcinoma.
