Abstract：
:The authors discuss the new form of headache described in 1974 by Sjaastad differing from other headaches known as yet occurring in attacks: chronic paroxymal hemicrania. Attacks resembling cluster headaches have a shorter duration (10-20 minutes) and occur more frequently (up to 30 times daily). An important feature is complete disappearance of headache after indomethacine. Two own cases are reported and the pathomechanism of attacks is discussed.
