Abstract：
:Active treatment and ergotherapy were evaluated in 34 patients, manual workers, afflicted with periarticular inflammation of the shoulder. The periarticular inflammation of the shoulder was found to attack those performing hard manual work and some stereotype movements. In addition it was found that early complex active clinical treatment and temporary shift to lighter work secure complete ability to carry on the profession.
