Abstract:

:Current literature suggests that cigarette smoking is associated with anxiety disorders, but the direction of the association between smoking and anxiety disorders has not been determined. This article provides an overview of the literature in the area of smoking and anxiety disorders in adolescents and current treatment strategies.
