Spinal interneurones: re-evaluation and controversy.

Abstract:

:Signal interneurones have a crucial part to play in the control of motoneurones. Newer methods are being added to the ways in which they can be studied, both in animal and human experiments. This chapter provides some background to a re-evaluation of the role of interneurones in motor control.
