Tripartite fracture of the acetabulum after total hip arthroplasty: a case report.

Abstract:

:A three-part fracture of the acetabulum occurred in a 74-year-old woman seven years after a McKee-Farrar total hip arthroplasty (THA). The hip was successfully reconstructed using an allogenic femoral head for a bone graft and titanium mesh for reinforcement. Thirty-six months after the operation, the revised THA was functional.
