Abstract:
:Linkage data for the sex-linked malic enzyme (Me) and hexokinase-1 (Hk-1) loci in the flour beetle, Tribolium confusum, were obtained from a three-point experiment involving the red locus. The order of the three loci was determined to be red--Hk-1-Me, with map distances of 12.4 +/- 1.8 for red to Hk-1 and 7.0 +/- 1.3 for Hk-1 to Me.
