:A case of carcinoma arising in a membranous type of monomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland is reported, and the literature is reviewed. This may represent the first unequivocal case of carcinoma arising in a nonadenolymphomatous and nonsebaceous monomorphic adenoma of the salivary gland.
