Abstract:

:A 60-year-old man with postpolycythemic myeloid metaplasia developed acute neutrophilic dermatosis (Sweet's syndrome), which responded to systemic steroid therapy. Six months later he developed acute myelogenous blast crisis refractory to leukemic induction therapy.
