Abstract：
:We present a fresh case of inverted type, transitional cell Papilloma in a 70-year-old woman, with a right laterovesical location. This case was dried up 6 years ago, treated with cytostatics and is currently controlled without relapses. Despite being considered a benign entity, its uncertain evolution and its association with other urothelium tumours call for an attitude of extreme caution.
