Case report: endoscopic unroofing of symptomatic peripelvic simple renal cyst.

Abstract:

:We report the ureteroscopic unroofing of a symptomatic peripelvic cyst with a holmium laser in a 37-year-old woman. At 1-year follow-up, the patient remains symptom free. Endoscopic management of peripelvic cysts is durable and can be performed safely.
