Abnormal fluctuations of acetylcholine and serotonin.

Abstract:

:Abnormal fluctuations of acetylcholine and serotonin might cause, or be correlated with, a variety of symptoms. This communication cites evidence which suggests that fluctuations of serotonin might have a causative role in migraine, mania, and depression and that fluctuations of acetylcholine might have a causative role in epilepsy, catalepsy, and Kleine-Levin attacks.
