Cervical destructive spondylodiscitis: a report on three cases.

Abstract:

:Three patients suffering from hematogenous destructive spondylodiscitis were treated with one-session spondylectomy, bone graft-fusion and halo-device stabilization. A stable osseous fusion was achieved after three months with additional antibiotic therapy.
