Abstract：
:We investigated the vitamin D receptor (VDR) and the estrogen receptor (ER) genes polymorphism in studied groups was similar, however the allelic combination BBPPxx was associated with low bone mineral mass. There is a need to perform genetic test in the cohort of polish women endangered by osteoporosis.
